NEWS FLASH..........
NEWS FLASH.......................... Sadie is still on the bink. Ugh! I know you think we are wimps but actually we weren't being very nice. The day she lost the binky's which lead to us getting rid of them she was sick, very sick all around up and down in and out you get the idea. Two days into it she never cried for it and went to bed without it. The third day Aunt Jayne came over and seen how sick she was and said "oh, poor little girl don't take the binky away she needs it." I though no way she has done fine and not cried but then she fell and got hurt later that day and would not stop crying for it. Mike and I felt mean. So off he went to restock our supply. In the meantime I got her side tracked and was just heading to take her on a drive. Big sister Maycie saw the big green ugly thing and said here does she want this? SURE! And so you see she got it back and is now better. DANG!! It reminds me of a crying kid in sacrement meeting. As soon as you take the kid out they are happy you go back in and they start to cry. Crazy. I will start next week on this monster thing. I hope she will be happy at the inlaws for Thanksgiving. Oh well if not give them Hell Sadie.

No more BINKIS
Today is the day. Over the several weeks we have lost and mike has bought new Binky's. Last night Sadie has 3 Binky's carrying them around and when it was bed time..........no Binky's to be found. So Mike was offering to go buy some more. Hell no I am sick of this Binky and sick of looking for them. As bedtime came (11:00 p.m.) Sadie asked for the Binky I told her she lost them. She fell asleep and slept without asking or crying or demanding it. Yahoo! So today is the last of those ugly dumb things. Good riddance. Now I know why I never gave them to my older kids. What a pain.

Thanksgiving Time
It is Thanksgiving time again. I love this time because of the weather changing and seems like you just want to stay home and cook soup in the crock pot. This is also another time of year that seems to say "Eat Me...........I can't I am already stuffed" Yes I am off to a diet again. I don't know if it is to make room for the yummy dinner and Christmas goodies or if it is the photos I discovered and there I was a skinny mom and Pre-mom. Mike and I laughed in amazement at how in shape and looking good we were. Dang! So later on I don't think we were laughing as much as realizing we better get with it. We have all the equipment just not so much energy after taking care of our family. Anyhow So bring it on.

Halloween Night
Halloween night was a Howling with fun. Conner headed out to a party. Hailey headed out with friends trick or treating and party. Maycie headed out with her friend Chloe to trick or treat. Maycie had a goal of getting at least 200 pieces of candy. She succeed with 265. Mike and I took the little girls out around the neighborhood started off together. Next thing I know is Katie and I are treating together at the west side and Mike and Sadie treating on the east side. We meet back home exhausted and ready for a treat. The two older girls had sleep overs at their friends and me and the little girls went to bed while Mike waited up to go pick up the big boy at midnight. Mike was hunkering for a midnight snack and hit Beto's. I guess thats what the big boys do to bond, EAT.
Descisions, Descisions??????????????
October was full of decisions on what to wear or have mom make for Halloween. Hailey was Muscle Women/American Gladiator. Sadie decided far in advance she was going to be a pig, a flying pig. Katie was going to be a deer (who comes up with a deer) so we went and bought the material for it. Good thing I waited to make it because she changed her mind and decided she would be her cat from last year. Like a good and tired mom I gladly agreed to this. Maycie wanted to be Belle with the big flowing yellow gown. I was in trouble from the start. Those of you who know Maycie know that she is a BIT PICKY the littlest things bug her, like texture a loose strand of hair and a string from her sock. Trying to please her I set out and sewed her dress up a few days before the family party (a week before Halloween) Well I just didn't have it quit the way she had in visioned in her head. (Surprise to me.............not really) for a few frustrated hours between her and me and Hailey(who is sticking her nose in to everything. But being my sounding board) We get passable for her. I told her nicely and with a firm voice to never ask her sweet mother to sew another costume again. Well family party comes and Hipp Hipp Horray for a fun night. It is nearing time to go and Maycie had split her dress down the side. I sewed it up and she wears it to the ward party. She calls me from school friday asking me to bring her some clothes to change in her dress had tore again. I told her princess were not to be running around on playgrounds. To tell you the truth I could have cared less what happened to the dress. I took over a few choices of clothes plus costumes and she chose my jr. cheerleader outfit. GOOOOOOOOOOOO Maycie!
